Assessing the Effectiveness of Corporate Governance Structures

The Financial Stability Board (FSB) published a new report “Stocktake of efforts to strengthen governance frameworks to mitigate misconduct risks.” The Report will examine whether reforms to existing corporate incentives are having an effect on reducing misconduct and will help the FSB determine if further steps such as guidance would be beneficial.
