B.V.I. Announces extension on CRS reporting

The BVI Government announced an extension for reporting obligations under the OECD’s Common Reporting Standards (CRS) to June 30th, 2017 by which time all Reporting Financial Institutions (RFIs) are expected to be registered with the BVI International Tax Authority. Initial reports are expected by July 31st, 2017.
