Bank Refuse Large Deposits from Slot Machine Operators in Barbados

Commercial banks, in Barbados, are making it clear that they will not risk their relationship with corresponding banks around the world to satisfy slot machine operators.

The rights of financial institutions to refuse large deposits from such operators was defended by the President of the Barbados Banking Association (BBA), Ms.  Donna Wellington, at an  (OAS) Regional AML Workshop for Judges, Prosecutors, this week.
