Consolidated Queues

On the heels of rising bank fees, RBC has decided to consolidate all its counter services resulting in a single line for bank transactions. Disgruntled customers have reported that queues begin to form over 1 hour before the bank opens its doors.

The bank stated that the consolidation is in line with their strategy to develop and promote online and mobile services.
