Effects of Trump Budget cuts on the Caribbean

At a briefing on “Caribbean policy during the Trump era”, various Caribbean leaders met to discuss issues such as: security, the proposed bill to tax remittances, Haitian immigration/deportation, U.S. withdrawal from the Paris climate accord and the loss of correspondent banking relationships.
