The Chairperson, Chief Executive Officer, and the Board of Directors of the Caribbean Association of Banks (CAB) Inc. have extended congratulations to two colleagues who have been announced to take up new positions within Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL). With effect from April 1, 2021, Mr. Keith A. Johnson will join Republic Bank (Suriname) N.V. as Managing Director, and Mrs. Naomi De Allie will return to Republic Bank (Grenada) Limited, replacing Mr. Johnson as Managing Director.
Prior to her new appointment, Mrs. De Allie was attached to Republic Bank (Barbados) Limited, where she held the position of General Manager, Credit and Enterprise Risk from March 2018. A native Grenadian, she was previously General Manager, Credit at Republic Bank (Grenada) Limited. Mrs. De Allie is a career banker with a wealth of experience on the commercial credit, corporate credit, and risk management streams, which she acquired from over 25 years in banking.
Mrs. De Allie is the first female Managing Director at Republic Bank (Grenada) Limited.
Mr. Johnson was appointed Managing Director of Republic Bank (Grenada) Limited in February 2009. He began his career in banking over three decades ago. A former member of the CAB Board of Directors, and Chair of the Local Organising Committee for CAB Conference Grenada 2014, he holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill), a BSc in Accountancy from the University of Guyana, and is an Associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
